From my Hampshire kitchen, I create luxuriously bespoke wedding cakes and divinely decadent sweet treats.

Using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients, every element of your cake is hand-made. From the light, buttery crumb of the sponge, to the French-inspired curds and conserves that zing with flavour, and every last delicately crafted petal of the sugar flowers that adorn the finished piece – I work tirelessly to design, bake and decorate a wedding cake that’s fit for your dreams.
